Storytelling Twitterthon
The purpose of this was to see if it was possible to tell your story with twitter. Our site encourages people to share their stories, we wanted to start to use our blog to show our visitors creative ways of doing this. See the responses below and see if you feel telling stories in 140 characters on twitter works. Can you get to know these people by the stories they shared? Let us know what you think. That is the only way to watch that movie! @Tearsofjoy #TOJStory A few weeks ago we had ants all over the kitchen. I twittered and got suggestions to get rid of them. Cinnamon is what worked. @Tearsofjoy #TOJStory I was just cleaning out my fish tank and there was one fish that refused to get caught. His name is speedy. @Tearsofjoy #TOJStory We had one fish with a broken fin and it would just swim around in circles. Thought it would die right away-but it was a survivor @Tearsofjoy #TOJStory We called the fish Crazy fish, and it lived for months-past many others. I love it! @theparentpack #TOJStory It only took me about 11 years to finally take a little time for me, and darn it if I don't miss my kids when I do. @theparentpack #TOJStory I love my husband, he works 7 days a week so I can be home to take care of our two wonderful kids! @theparentpack #TOJStory My Mom drives me crazy, as does my Dad, but I can't help but worry about how much I will miss it when they are gone. @theparentpack #TOJStory We have been homeschooling our kids for 4 years this fall, and though I have had my doubts, I love doing it! @theparentpack #TOJStory I am a little nervous about taking on so many NEW bills lately. Services we have done without for so long...luxuries. @theparentpack #TOJStory I reconnected with my brother in summer of 08 after not speaking for 3 years.
